Chair Yoga is a gentle introduction into yoga, designed for seniors and adults struggling with mobility. Local instructor Marie Bridges will walk you through poses you can use to help maintain flexibility, breathe deeply, and sleep soundly.

In-person registration and payment of a $3 registration fee is required.
